As part of our growing network across North America, we pride ourselves on fostering a workplace culture that values collaboration, reliability, and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a Branch Assistant Manager who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and is passionate about building strong teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and helping drive the success of the warehouse.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Leadership Opportunity – Step into a visible leadership role that impacts daily operations and team success.
  • Team Culture – Join a supportive, high-performing warehouse team that values safety, communication, and mutual respect.
  • Career Growth – Get exposure to advanced logistics operations with future opportunities for development into supervisory and management roles.
  • Make an Impact – Help create a safe, efficient, and productive environment where people and operations thrive.

What You’ll Do

As the Branch Assistant Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on the warehouse floor—supporting supervisors, leading warehouse associates, and making sure daily logistics operations run smoothly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team stays on task, product flows accurately, and safety remains top-of-mind.

  • Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to warehouse team members to ensure productivity and quality standards.
  • Lead by example in handling, organizing, and storing incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Train new team members and coach existing staff to grow their skills and ensure safe work practices.
  • Monitor and promote safety compliance in alignment with company standards.
  • Assist in problem-solving and resolving workflow issues with your team.
  • Oversee and participate in daily warehouse functions: order picking, staging, restocking, and truck loading/unloading.
  • Serve as a liaison between supervisors and staff to ensure clear communication and successful operations.
  • Step up to manage full warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager and General Manager.

Education & Experience

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience is an asset.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with inventory systems, forklift operation, and warehouse procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to motivate others and model a positive, proactive attitude.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and work at heights over 15 feet.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing for long periods.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.

Must have the flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends if required.
