Richardson Wealth is seeking a Branch Assistant to provide administrative support to the branch and maintain a professional demeanor with investment advisors, staff, and clients. This is a 12-month contract with an existing vacancy.
Key duties include handling cheque deposits, certificates, IT support for the branch, greeting clients, coordinating meetings, and managing supplies. The role requires 1–3 years in finance and strong MS Office skills.

The Branch Assistant’s role is to provide administrative support to the branch and display a professional manner when dealing with the investment advisors, their team members and clients. This is a 12-month contract.

Administrative functions:
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $38,400-$45,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
