Job summary

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Vancouver is seeking a Branch Assistant to support the branch manager and team, handle reception duties, and provide excellent client service at the Wood Gundy branch. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, with a base salary in the 49k–54k CAD range and the opportunity to participate in an annual incentive program.

As a Branch Assistant, you will provide ongoing support to the branch manager and their team through managing the reception area of the Wood Gundy branch and provide excellent customer service to clients. You will also ensure the efficiency of the operations of the branch through a wide range of administrative activities. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on-site full-time Monday through Friday. The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $54,000. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles. In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.
