Job description

Branch Ambassador (Permanent Part-Time)

Location: Trenton, ON

Hours: 28-32 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: Based on experience

Position Description

As a Branch Ambassador, you will:

1. Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by creating member loyalty and providing member service excellence
2. Assist members and non-members in person, electronically, or by telephone
3. Direct members to an Advisor who can offer needs-based advice to enhance their financial well-being
4. Support members with routine transactions
5. Educate members about our new branch design and new banking procedures
6. Provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and sales skills
• Customer service or banking experience is an asset
