  • Act as a contact person for operational, relational, and IT issues for branch staff
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing mail, filing, and ordering supplies
  • Monitor branch budgets and promote good business practices
  • Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and policies
  • Maintain up-to-date client files
  • Handle phone calls, welcome clients, and direct them appropriately
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with clients and partners

Your team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is Canada's fifth-largest investment dealer, with nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate closely with investment advisors.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma in administrative or office technology with 3 years of brokerage industry experience (sales or operations)
