Qualifications

Elevate your career as a Branch Administrator at National Bank Financial! Your ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues will be a key asset. In this role, you will manage the daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and support the growth of our advisor teams.

  • Ensure smooth branch operations related to financial transactions, handling client, operational, and logistical escalations.
  • Manage HR responsibilities for 20+ associates, including performance evaluations and recruitment.
  • Disseminate administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and process improvements.
  • Perform follow-ups as recommended by Internal Audit and Compliance.
  • Maintain a quality work environment and monitor branch-related budgets.
  • Demonstrate leadership to foster positive morale and community presence.
  • Support Regional Managers with administrative tasks.

Your team:

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is Canada's fifth-largest investment dealer, with nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across about 100 branches.

You will report to the Regional Administrative Manager. Collaboration is essential for success.

Prerequisites:

  • College or technical diploma with 3 years of experience OR bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in the investment industry is an asset
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course is an asset
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
