Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution operations. You will unload and load products, identify items, count stock, and prepare shipments for delivery while keeping accurate records.

The role requires forklift operation, physical stamina for repetitive lifting, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. A safe, reliable team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

  • 2 years warehouse experience strongly preferred.
  • Forklift Certification required.
  • Repetitive heavy lifting required.
  • Able to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Extensive standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and walking.
  • Use of hand tools, pallet jack, and forklifts.

Responsibilities

  • Unload and load product in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Identify, count, sort, pick, package, unpackage, stock and move product.
  • Load products for customer deliveries safely and on time.
  • Complete and maintain delivery paperwork.
  • Follow material handling policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly warehouse.
  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as required.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers about deliveries.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.

  • Unload and load product into warehouse in a safe and efficient manner
  • Identify, count, sort, pick, package, unpackage, stock and move product in warehouse
  • Load product for customer deliveries in a safe, efficient and timely manner
  • Complete and maintain required customer delivery paperwork
  • Comply with all material handing company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a safe, orderly and efficiently operating warehouse
  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as required
  • Perform inventory cycle counts as required
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customer regarding product deliveries
  • Perform general housekeeping duties including maintaining a clean work area
Qualifications
