• 2+ years brake press experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Comfortable reading a measuring tape and using measuring tools.
• Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and metal bending processes.

• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated attitude.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate brake press machinery to manufacture metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Measure materials and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Calculate bend locations, blank sizes, tonnage, and appropriate tooling as required.
• Verify machine settings and ensure finished products meet required tolerances.
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow all health and safety procedures before and during machine operation.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate production updates and important information to team members and other shifts.
