Victoria's Secret is seeking a Selling Associate for our Calgary-area stores. You will drive store sales, engage customers, and provide exceptional service with deep product knowledge.

The role covers cash wrap, stock processing, replenishment, and floorset activities, all while upholding brand standards and safety. Responsibilities include delivering a friendly checkout experience, suggesting additional purchases, managing back stock, and maintaining floor readiness to ensure a premium shopping

Qualifications

• Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service with product knowledge.
• Participates in driving store sales and contributing to a high-energy shopping experience.
• Demonstrates brand standards and delivers a friendly checkout experience when at the cash wrap.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Recovers selling zone and go-backs at the cash wrap.
• Processes merchandise to floor-ready status and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for sale readiness.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and stock processes as needed.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock to support replenishment.
• All associate roles support sales growth, brand loyalty, and safe working environment.
