Job summary

Victoria's Secret in Canada is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service at peak times. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help shoppers find the perfect bra fit while supporting store operations.

This temporary role covers multiple areas of the store: sales floor, cash wrap, replenishment, and floorset activities. You will work with the team to uphold brand standards and assist with housekeeping and merchandise management.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and “go-backs”
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock
• Executes floorset proficiently
• Understands and adheres to brand standards
• Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock
• Driving top line store sales results and growing the business
• Maintaining focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
• Preparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
• Recovering and replenishing merchandise
• Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising standards
• Assisting in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues
• Building awareness and skills in loss prevention
• Supporting store strategy to reduce shrink
