Role Overview

The Risk & Compliance Manager develops and oversees risk management and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including OJK regulations. The role involves risk identification, mitigation, fostering a compliance culture, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management

  • Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, legal, and strategic risks.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct risk audits and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with risk-related regulations.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with laws, industry regulations, and OJK guidelines.
  • Develop and update compliance policies.
  • Conduct compliance audits and address violations.
  • Provide compliance training and awareness programs.

AML-CFT Compliance

  • Ensure AML and CFT compliance across all units.
  • Monitor transactions for money laundering and terrorism financing risks.
  • Update AML/CFT policies and conduct employee training.
  • Perform internal audits to evaluate AML/CFT effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in risk and compliance management, preferably in finance.
  • Strong knowledge of OJK regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent with a compliance-driven mindset.
