We are currently seeking a BPO Customer Care Associate to join our team in Halifax, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Responsibilities

1. Resolves more complex client situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience.
2. Ensures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
3. Works on preparation of SOPs / process transitions.

Skills Required

1. Demonstrated computer skills.
2. Solid communication skills.
3. Solid customer service skills.
4. Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
