This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.

A day in the life

· Debriefing team on key objectives and deliverables;

· Analyzing KPI reports and coaching team to successfully hit metrics;

· Ensuring effective communication with team and store management;

· Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;

· Balancing time between administrative and customer service tasks.

What will make you successful

· Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees.

· 2-3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software

· Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs

· Effective time management and analytical skills
