Job summary

Running Room in Canada is seeking a Store Manager to oversee our sales floor, develop customer opportunities and train sales associates while collaborating with the Store Manager. The Boutique Manager will supervise retail operations, including inventory and visual merchandising, and actively participate in building our sales team.

You will lead a team, ensure exceptional service, manage inventory, recruit and train staff, and engage customers to drive sales.
