Qualifications

• LSO membership and Ontario CRE licensure.
• 4+ years of dedicated commercial real estate experience in Ontario.
• Proven track record managing acquisitions, sales, leases, and financings for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Independently run complex CRE transactions from LOI to closing and reporting.
• Acquisitions & Sales: Draft and finalize agreements, conveyancing documents, closing adjustments, and title transfers for Ontario properties.
• Commercial Leasing: Draft and negotiate leases (retail, office, industrial) for landlords and tenants.
• Secured Financing: Act for lenders and borrowers on commercial mortgages, acquisition financing, construction loans, and refinancings.
• Title & Due Diligence: Conduct title searches, off-title inquiries, structure reviews, and environmental/zoning diligence.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and co-counsel.
