Position Summary

We are seeking a Boutique Manager at our Lansdowne location to lead team building, meet KPIs, and oversee boutique operations.

A Day in the Life

As Boutique Manager, your main responsibilities include:

Sales and Customer Service :

• Achieve sales and service targets with your team
• Increase guest frequency, sales, and new club memberships
• Boost capsule, accessories, and machine sales
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coffee and Nespresso products
• Evaluate service quality and provide individual feedback

Leadership / Team Management :

• Implement company programs by motivating and instructing the team
• Coach team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Delegate responsibilities for smooth operations
• Review KPIs and create action plans for improvement

Operations :

• Manage staffing levels to meet operational goals
• Recruit, hire, and train staff
• Set sales forecasts and capacity plans with regional manager
• Analyze financial reports to monitor inventory and sales trends
• Use operational tools for staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Ensure SOPs and guidelines are followed
• Conduct stock inventories, place orders, and check deliveries
• Submit weekly and monthly reports timely
• Ensure IT systems function properly

Success Factors :

• 5+ years in high-volume retail management, luxury retail experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize and plan multiple tasks
• Strong team-building and coaching skills
• Effective time management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Passion for coffee and sustainability
• Experience in food or coffee industry a plus
• French fluency is an asset
