A leading hospitality firm in British Columbia seeks a General Manager to drive operational performance and guest satisfaction. Lead and inspire all departments with a clear vision, strong communication, and a focus on accountability.

Manage full P&L and drive operational performance across rooms, food & beverage, sales, marketing, and guest services.

Build and implement strategies to increase profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand awareness.

Champion a culture of excellence, training, and team development across all levels of the organization.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting while identifying growth opportunities and managing risk.

Partner with ownership to shape long-term strategy and elevate the property's market positioning.

Requirements

Proven track record as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader with full P&L accountability.

Strong background in both rooms and food & beverage operations.

Experience in independent or boutique hotels preferred.

Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving, growth, and guest engagement.

Skilled in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Financially literate, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Vancouver Island tourism, resort markets, and / or destination properties is a strong asset.
