Job description

  • Manage full P&L and drive operational performance across rooms, food & beverage, sales, marketing, and guest services.
  • Build and implement strategies to increase profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand awareness.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, training, and team development across all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting while identifying growth opportunities and managing risk.
  • Partner with ownership to shape long-term strategy and elevate the property's market positioning.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong background in both rooms and food & beverage operations.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving, growth, and guest engagement.
  • Skilled in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Financially literate, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Vancouver Island tourism, resort markets, and/or destination properties is a strong asset.
