Route Representative

Culligan Water Conditioning is currently seeking individuals with driving and delivery experience to work as a route driver. The driver will be responsible for delivering bottled water and completing any auto service orders. In addition to the job duties, the driver will have an opportunity to prospect new customers.

The route driver will perform extra deliveries along a planned out route and handle invoicing and collections for all products delivered. There will be times where the driver may be assigned to do auto service orders where they will need to exchange coolers. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering Bottled Water products in an efficient and timely manner
• Prospecting for new customers for bottled water delivery
• Completing auto-generated service orders.
• Preparing, processing, and executing orders and sales contracts in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices.
• Handling customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Following all safety protocols and company regulations
• Maintaining company vehicles and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 months related experience
• Current driver's license
• Must be familiar with the city & surrounding areas
• Must have experience driving a 5 ton truck

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Care for company and customer property
• Attention to detail & ability to follow protocols

Special Consideration:

• Must be able to lift/transport up to 50 lbs.
