Job Description

Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, Bottle Service Servers are highly knowledgeable about all beverage items in the restaurant. By adhering to the steps of service, they answer questions, provide recommendations, and create a positive guest experience. Through knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency, our servers ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
• Be knowledgeable of all beverage items to make appropriate recommendations
• Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
• Monitor drink quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the section and ensure all materials and areas are tidy
• Follow all food safety standards and procedures
• Be aware of any special requests, including guest allergies
• Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

• A Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
• At least 2 years of serving experience in a similar environment
• Smart Serve Certification is required
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and sales skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of product knowledge
• Ability to maintain a professional sense of urgency and momentum
