Position Details :

• Full Time Permanent Position
• Days / Afternoons shifts
• Full Benefits including dental care, extended health, and vision

Main Purpose of Job :

Produce precision components from 3D computer models and generate CNC programs using Powermill.

Boring Mill Operator Job Responsibilities :

• Create, load, and examine CNC programs
• Set up tools, indicate, and load materials onto Boring Mill
• Carry out machining of components
• Conduct inspections to authorized levels
• Identify and report errors; suggest improvements
• Collaborate with managers and supervisors to implement policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by the CNC Leader

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of fully skilled experience
• Proficient in programming with Powermill
• Ability to work with fine tolerances using various materials
• Experience with a wide range of measuring equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible, courteous, friendly, and positive attitude
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Own tools for machining duties
• Willing to work various shifts
