Your New Company

Your New Role

As a Bookkeeper, you will oversee the full accounting cycles, reporting directly to the Controller.

• Working alongside third-party accountants to review statements
• Play a key role in the transition of their ERP onboarding and integration
• Handle billings for both in-house and external entities
• Ensure purchase order approvals
• Manage AP, AR, and payroll processes
• Acting as an intermediary across departments as well as ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience in bookkeeping, ideally in construction or development industries
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting softwares
• Knowledge of job costing, payroll processing, and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy
