What you'll do :
  • Serve as the contact point for colleagues regarding HR-related questions.
  • Handle basic accounting duties such as payroll and accounts payable.
  • Participate proactively in the recruitment cycle for hourly staff, including job postings, interviews, and orientations.
  • Maintain employee database to ensure accurate information.
  • Assist with office duties as directed by the Store Manager.
  • Identify and attract great talent to join our team.
  • Build and lead diverse teams that promote inclusiveness and belonging.
