About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with established financial procedures. The ideal candidate is experienced with QuickBooks, has a strong foundation in accounting principles, and enjoys working with numbers in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable , ensuring accurate and timely billing and payments.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and consistency across records.
  • Use QuickBooks to maintain financial records and generate reports.
  • Analyze account information and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Process payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Handle invoicing for suppliers and clients , maintaining clear communication and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents to support internal audits and external reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and year-end financial packages for management and external accountants.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
