Job Summary (List Format) :

  • Provide full cycle bookkeeping services to multiple owner-managed clients for a midsize public accounting firm.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Process sales and purchase invoices.
  • Oversee payroll processing and record adjusting entries as needed.
  • Prepare and file GST / HST returns.
  • Conduct month-end and quarterly financial reviews.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their representatives throughout the year.
  • Book flights for clients friends and family as required.
  • Present financial records to clients.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Excel and QuickBooks proficiently.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong client service communication skills and professionalism.
  • Preferably have 2-4 years experience in public accounting or a multi-client environment with expertise in payroll data entry and owner-managed company accounting.
