We're looking for a friendly and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing team. We seek an energetic bookkeeper who enjoys juggling a variety of tasks and would thrive in our fast-paced environment!

The responsibilities include full cycle accounting, namely:

• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Issuing invoices and recording receipts
• Bill payment processing
• Payroll processing
• HST filing
• Month-end reconciliations
• Responding to client queries

Experience we are looking for:

• College Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience
• 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summaries)
• An open mind to trying out new technology

Our company comprises a team of thirty Bookkeepers and Accountants who work cohesively to provide small and medium-sized businesses with exceptional back-end financial support. Numbercrunch offers employees a fun and relaxed hybrid working environment, regular social events, work-life balance, and supportive colleagues. This role requires you to work at our lovely Kanata office located at 375 Terry Fox Drive. Our working hours are 9-5, with no overtime expected.
