We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing team. Seeking an energetic bookkeeper who likes to juggle a variety of tasks and would thrive in our fast-paced environment!

The responsibilities include full cycle accounting namely:

  1. Bank and credit card reconciliations
  2. Issuing invoices and recording receipts
  3. Bill payment processing
  4. Payroll processing
  5. HST filing
  6. Month end reconciliations
  7. Responding to client queries

Experience we are looking for:

  1. College Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  2. 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience
  3. 1+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online
  4. Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summary)
  5. An open mind to trying out new technology.

Our company is a team of thirty Bookkeepers and Accountants who work cohesively to provide small and medium sized businesses with amazing back end financial support. Numbercrunch supports employees with a fun and relaxed hybrid working environment, regular social events, work-life balance, and a team of supportive colleagues. This job requires you to come into our lovely Kanata office four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and on Fridays you get to work from home! Our working hours are 9-5 (no overtime is expected!)
