The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, be proficient with Simply Accounting, and ideally have experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing
  • Support general day-to-day accounting functions
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in Simply Accounting
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
