Duration: Permanent, Full-Time (will also consider part time workers)

Hours: 35-40 hrs/week

Salary: $35.00/hr

Overtime: As per prov standards - $52.50 after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure they are within budget limits.
  • Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
