Part-Time Bookkeeper (Contract)

Hybrid – Barrie, Ontario · 4–10 hrs/week

The Role

We're looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to support our Finance function in a flexible, part-time capacity. You'll handle reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, process payroll, ensure ERP data accuracy, assist with month-end reporting, track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts and conduct other tasks related to finance. As a lean, growth-stage team, accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership matter.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience

Strong ERP proficiency (Acumatica experience a major asset)

Excellent at recording data with the ability to produce clear financial reports

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Detail oriented

Reliability, discretion, and attention to detail

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus

Schedule & Location

This is a flexible contract role with 4 to 10 hours per week, based on business needs. You'll work remotely most of the time but must be able to commute to our Barrie office at least once a week.
