The Booking Officer will ensure complete and accurate booking procedures for elective and urgent surgical patients. Responsibilities include patient scheduling, maintaining confidential documentation, producing reports and spreadsheets, and collaborating with surgeon’s offices, anesthesia, preadmission clinics, and leadership to optimize Operating Room/Endoscopy time. The role also provides administrative support for the PARNS Access Manager and the Operating Room Manager.
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
