What will you do?

  • Coordinate and manage Solutions and Quoted Service Project bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded by reviewing pre-booking packages and post booking packages in SAP for accuracy.
  • Perform required checks such as Damex and SPS as required
  • Process all change orders, NCCs, Bucket Management, and Margin Uplift requests in SAP
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to confirm bookings and provide necessary information and updates as needed
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and improving booking procedures and policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholdersensuring a positive and professional experience

What will you need to succeed?

  • Completion of a college or university degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar and related field.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience working with SAP or similar systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Motivated and efficient under pressure; good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s) : Bilingual (English / French) verbal and written communication skills – this role requires interaction with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and / or internationally; the role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally.

Salary range : $60,000-65,000
