The salary range for this position is CAD $27.10 / Hr.

Reporting to the Regional Clerical Coordinator or designate, the Booking Clerk performs scheduling and booking functions for patient appointments within Medical Imaging. Responsibilities include arranging appointment times, coordinating with patients, doctors, and staff, preparing and confirming patient information, and entering data into hospital systems. Acts as a receptionist to support patient care and meet client needs.

Qualifications

Grade 12, two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  3. Pre-register patients, update records, and complete necessary forms.
  4. Locate patient information, process documentation, and ensure accuracy.
  5. Enter booking data into systems, verify accuracy, and correct errors.
  6. Register patients and maintain requisitions and files.
  7. Provide scheduling information and support reporting needs.
