Bon Sushi is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.62-$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: 1467 Hampshire Road, Victoria, BC V8R 4T5

Job Duties:

1. Hire, train and manage staff
2. Implement customer service strategy and marketing plans
3. Estimate, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
4. Maintain health and safety regulations are followed
5. Develop and analyze budgets to maintain the restaurant’s profits and determine the cost
6. Modify food preparation method and prices according to the restaurant budget
7. Oversee and conduct staff performance reviews
8. Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
