Job summary

Trig Energy Services is seeking an experienced Boiler Operator for a full-time role based in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will reside in or near North Battleford and must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call schedules as needed.

The position requires a valid Boiler Operator Certification and prior experience with industrial or high‑pressure boiler systems. A Class 1A/3A driver’s license is preferred, with a clean abstract favored.

Qualifications

• Valid Boiler Operator Certification is required.
• Experience operating industrial, commercial, or high‑pressure boiler systems.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations, controls, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and on‑call schedules.
• Valid Class 1A or 3A driver''s license preferred; clean driving abstract considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and related equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel use.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and system malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate operating logs and maintenance records.
• Conduct water treatment testing and adjustments as required.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and contractors during repairs and shutdowns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
