Northland Properties seeks a dynamic Culinary Leader to guide kitchen operations across a busy full-service restaurant. You will oversee menu execution, training, scheduling, and adherence to quality and profitability targets.

A strong background in leadership and high-volume service, plus a passion for developing teams and inclusive culture, is essential. This role offers growth opportunities within our expanding restaurant group across Canada and the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Executing menu items according to company specifications in both prep and line areas.
  • Direct culinary operations on a shift basis under the guidance of the Chef to ensure a clean, organized, and successful kitchen with a focus on fresh ingredients and quality control.
