Job Description:

Job information BOH Culinary Team Member at Hash/Forno Restaurant. This BOH Culinary Team Member position is located in Red Deer, AB T4P 3T5, Canada. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor Degree. This restaurant field has current vacancies, published up to the specified date.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Operate various stations during opening or closing shifts.
  2. Prepare food items from Hash breakfast and Forno Italian menus, including pizzas and Tomahawk steaks.
  3. Use fryers, sauté, flat top range, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and kitchen.
  4. Follow recipes and ensure proper plating.
  5. Work in an open kitchen environment with guests.
  6. Assist in food prep and catering events.
  7. Commute to work daily.

Hash/Forno offers discounted food, flexible scheduling, and a tip pool. Priority will be given to candidates with Food Safety certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Additional pay: Tips

Experience: Minimum 2 years in cooking required.

Licence/Certification: Food Safe preferred.
