Purpose of the Job

  • Conduct and resolve production or warranty issues, involving technical skills and engineering partners.
  • Manage issues from characterization to Lessons Learned to integrate Return of Experiments into engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor problem solving in coordination with project team members.
  • Manage problem-solving actions by coordinating relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect data to identify issues.
  • Present initial evidence to the Safety Manager to consolidate the 8D process.
  • Organize expertise and communication support for customers.
  • Propose containment solutions and implementation strategies.
  • Transfer files to the PrEM for developing definitive solutions and Product Modification Orders if necessary.
  • Consolidate data for the Return of Experience Engineer.

Required Profile

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or technical diploma.
  • Awareness of project processes and products; experience in quality or audits is a plus.
  • Bogie technical knowledge.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Rigor and discipline.
  • Pragmatism and reactivity.

Job Location / Mobility

  • Several trips per year to customer depots and offices.
