The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a dependable, energetic Body Shop Attendant to support our Jim Pattison Subaru South dealership. This full-time, permanent position requires 40 hours per week with availability between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

You will maintain vehicle presentation, assist with vehicle movement, and report issues. A Manitoba driver’s license and clean abstract are required; experience in automotive service is a plus. Opportunities for advancement abound.

The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a dependable, energetic, and well-organized Body Shop Attendant to support our Jim Pattison Subaru South dealership. As a supporting role within our Body Shop department, you’ll help ensure our vehicles are well presented to our customers.

You’ll take pride in providing an excellent experience, paying close attention to detail, and making sure every interaction reflects our strong commitment to our customers. A Day in the Life

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Manitoba Driver’s license and a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract are required


• Previous automotive industry experience is a strong asset


• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred


• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner


• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


• Reliable, punctual, and dependable


• This is a physically active role that involves:
  
  
  
  • Frequent walking throughout the dealership and lot
  
  
  • Walking or standing for extended periods
  
  
  • Regularly driving automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  
  
  • Washing vehicles, including handling various cleaning products and frequent bending, crouching, and reaching
  
  
  • Spending significant time outdoors in all weather conditions, including sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, and heat (conditions are monitored for safety as needed)
