Body Shop Foreman / Painter

Location: The Serpa Certified Collision Repair Centre
Authorized with: Stellantis, Honda, Acura, Subaru, Kia, Hyundai, Genesis, Nissan

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Are you an experienced auto body professional ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a Body Shop Foreman / Painter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in collision repair and automotive painting.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations in the body shop and ensure high-quality repair work.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to body technicians and painters.
  • Perform prep and painting tasks on vehicles, including color matching and finishing.
  • Inspect completed jobs for quality control.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate with service advisors, insurance companies, and customers as needed.
  • Order materials and manage inventory for paint and body supplies.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in an auto body shop environment.
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair and refinishing techniques.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Certification in autobody/painting preferred.
  • Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license.
