The TD Insurance Auto Centre Teams provide a comprehensive service for auto claims, aiming to build strong customer relationships through personalized advice and value creation.

Key Accountabilities:

Customer:

  • Engage customers to understand their needs, providing advice on coverage and claims.
  • Deliver exceptional claims advice to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer issues appropriately, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Shareholder:

  • Manage workload to meet service levels.
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Stay informed on industry practices and trends.
  • Identify and escalate risks, contribute to operational excellence.

Employee/Team:

  • Support team environment, communicate effectively.
  • Enhance knowledge and participate in development activities.
  • Assist others, contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.

Breadth & Depth:

  • Handle moderate to complex claims independently.
  • Require approval for high-value claims.
  • Work with some autonomy, guided by management.

Experience & Education:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 4+ years relevant experience.
