This role requires a strong foundation in claims handling, particularly in automobile liability and property insurance, along with working knowledge of medical and legal principles, provincial insurance regulations, and claims investigation techniques. You’ll guide clients through complex claims with empathy and precision, leveraging your analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and sound judgment to ensure fair outcomes and uphold Desjardins’ commitment to service excellence across the Atlantic region.
