The Role:

You will be a natural-born leader who works well in a team, leads by example, shares knowledge and skills, and is open to implementing new business ideas. Your goal will be to grow your counter and business to its full potential. Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing targets and sales figures
2. Motivating, mentoring, and leading a team
3. Implementing self-starter promotions and new business initiatives
4. Managing and maintaining appropriate stock levels
5. Being the glue that holds the counter together

About You:

We are seeking a Studio Manager who has:

• Proven experience in the retail and/or beauty industry with a track record of achieving sales targets
• A passion for all things beauty and helping customers feel great about themselves
• Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally with a certificate or diploma
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and making the counter look attractive
• Experience managing a small team is an advantage

This position is full-time and involves working on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday roster.
