Job summary

Vines Group in Guildford, Surrey, is seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join our BMW/MINI service team. You will conduct MOT tests to exacting standards, inspect vehicles, and advise customers on maintenance to keep them safe on the road.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday. Salary starts at £35,000 with OTE £41,000, and there is a bonus scheme. Career development and strong team support are offered within a premium retailer network.

Qualifications

• MOT Tester qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).
• Hold a valid Smart card.
• Proven experience in conducting MOT tests, preferably with a prestige brand.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests on BMW and Mini vehicles to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
