Van Mossel Guernsey Limited is seeking a BMW Master Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain complex mechanical and electrical systems. You will provide technical leadership and support to other technicians while upholding high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on expertise, commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a busy workshop environment. 40 hours per week with strong focus on precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults efficiently and accurately
• Carry out advanced servicing, maintenance, and repair work in line with manufacturer and company standards
• Lead by example in workshop best practices, safety, and quality control
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior technicians
• Perform detailed fault-finding using diagnostic equipment and specialist tools
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards, within agreed timeframes
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and diagnostics performed
• Stay up to date with new technologies, manufacturer updates, and industry developments
• Support quality checks and final inspections where required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop
