Overview

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of BMS projects from start to finish
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to effectively communicate project status and address any issues or concerns
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, and foster a collaborative working environment
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize project processes and improve overall project performance

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience; prefer with LTA ECS/ LCS, TVS project experience.
• Strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems and associated technologies
• Knowledge in designing a system for BMS system
• Knowledge of PLC programming (preferably Siemens PLC)
• Experience in SCADA software and strong knowledge of Industrial Control and Building Management System
