The Opportunity

As the Blue Prism Project Manager, you would be responsible for managing the delivery of individual process automations in line with the SS&C Blue Prism Delivery Methodology. Oversee the detailed tasks necessary to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon delivery methodology, and that solutions consistently meet business requirements. This role involves ensuring business needs are understood at each stage of the delivery cycle, producing accurate cost and resource estimates, managing delivery against budgets, identifying risks and dependencies, and effectively managing these across internal departments as required to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Planning & Tracking : Accurate planning and tracking of Define, Design, Configure and Test deliverables and ensuring stakeholders are regularly updated on status and progress.
  • Business Alignment : Ensure business needs are understood and incorporated into every step of the delivery cycle, ensuring SS&C Blue Prism solutions meet business customer requirements.
  • Remove Blockers & Escalation : Identify and remove blockers to delivery and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Risk & Dependency Management : Identify risks and dependencies within process delivery, managing these across internal teams and SS&C Blue Prism to maintain timely and effective delivery.
  • Cost & Resource Estimation : Produce accurate cost and resource estimates, delivering against agreed budgets, and maintain transparent financials in line with finance best practices.
  • Change Management : Manage changes during the delivery of RPA solutions, ensuring proper change control procedures are followed.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure quality criteria are met throughout all phases of delivery.
  • System Requirement Compliance : Ensure that RPA solutions meet system requirements and function as expected.

Requirements

  • Strong background of 10+ years in software delivery and project management.
  • Experience with delivery methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches.
  • Knowledge and experience in business change management, as well as change control procedures.
  • Ability to contribute to the adaptation and evolution of methodologies and procedures to improve the delivery process continually.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000 CAD.
