Placements24 is seeking an experienced Blockchain Project Manager to oversee cutting-edge projects in Kimberley. You will plan, execute and close blockchain initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, while leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, deep blockchain knowledge, and a track record managing complex technical projects using Agile, Scrum or Waterfall. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years specifically managing blockchain or crypto projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for blockchain initiatives, from conception to deployment.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
