As we approach our token listing phase, we’re seeking a Blockchain Lead who can take full technical ownership and help shape the project’s blockchain architecture, security, and on-chain utilities.

Role Description

This is a hands-on, strategic position for a senior blockchain specialist who will work closely with the core team to implement and maintain secure, scalable smart contract infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead smart contract development and optimization (ERC-20 / BEP-20)

Provide blockchain architecture strategy for pre- and post-listing phases

Ensure security audits, gas optimization, and defensive coding practices

Coordinate with CEX/DEX listing teams, market makers, and wallet providers

Develop or integrate staking, DAO modules, NFTs, or cross-chain bridges

Oversee multi-sig wallet setup, treasury control, and admin key management

Monitor on-chain metrics for security threats and performance insights

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in blockchain development (Solidity, Ethereum, BNB Chain)

Strong command of tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Ethers.js, Web3.js

Experience launching and managing tokens on DEXs and CEXs

Familiarity with smart contract security frameworks (e.g. CertiK, OpenZeppelin, Cyberscope)

Hands-on experience with DAO design or token governance protocols

Ability to communicate complex blockchain topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus: knowledge of RWA tokenization, DeFi, and cross-chain integrations
