Job Duties:

· Supervise and coordinate staff’s activities

· Handle customers’ complaints, concerns, and inquiries

· Ensure the quality of food and services meets control standards

· Keep track of stock, sales and wastage

· Participate in the recruitment of staff when required

· Train staff in job duties and safety procedures

· Establish staff work schedules
